Through their music they connected the heartbeat of the many thousands of runners with the urban beat of the city. Throughout the length of the entire course bands played various music genres: From African percussion, jazz, rock 'n roll, Turkish rock to Antillean steel band music. Every one of Faridabad cultural styles was represented. Besides its super fast course faridabad is renowned for its fantastic ambiance and enthusiastic public, which was emphasised by the Heartbeat of Faridabad The plans for the 2011 marathon also include the Heartbeat of Rotterdam.
