2. RAKESH KUMAR
JAIN: BYPASS SURGERY
A retired Primary School teacher who was suffering
from chest pain at rest and Dysponea on exertion
consulted Dr Minocha in camp organized by Arogyadham
at Baraut. He was advised angiography. Patient
contacted Dr Shailesh Jain Noted Cardiac Surgeon
at Escorts Heart hospital, Arogyadham organized
angiography at Escorts Heart Hospital. Angiography
suggestive of Triple Vessel Disease which require
early Bypass Surgery. Dr Shailesh Jain performed
Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery.Three Bypass was
done. Pt was discharged on seventh day and living
normal life.
3.Master
Parmanand Pandey: INTRACARDIAC REPAIR
Master Pandey was a unlucky baby who had hole
in heart since birth. Ist surgery was performed
at birth in AIIMS. PA Banding was done. At age
of two year he was presenting with cyanosis. It
was decided to go for Intracardiac Repair.Surgery
was performed by Dr Iyyer. After 2 year of surgery
child is living normal and active life.

RAMESH MORYA : MITRAL VALVE REPLACEMENT
Mr. Ramesh Morya a peon by profession and only
earning member of family is suffering from breatlessness
at rest. He was diagnosed with Severe Calcific
Mitral Stenosis with Moderate Mitral Regurgitation.
His angiography was normal. It was decided to
do Mitral valve replacement. Operation was performed
by Dr Shailesh Jain. Patient is living normal
life and doing same job which he was doing before
surgery.
5. MASTER
DEEPAK: ATRIAL SEPTAL DEFECT CLOSURE
Master Deppak was suffering form hole in heart
since birth and he was advised surgery by AIIMS
but he was not able to get it done because of
poor financial condition. He consulted Dr Tajendra
Singh in camp organized by Arogyadham at Jind.
Dr Tajendra advised hin ECHO with Color Doppler.
It was suggestive of Large Atrial Septal Defect.
Dr Shailesh Jain with his team performed
the surgery. Surgery and post op recovey was uneventful
and child is living normal life.

MOHD. IRFAN : DOUBLE VALVE REPLACEMENT
Mr Mohd Irfan a 17 year poor male was suffering
fro swelling all over the body and breathlessness.
He is diagnosed with severe Mitral Regurgitation
and severe Aortic Regugitation and he is advised
Double valve replacement. Operation is performed
by Dr. Shailesh Jain with Dr Amit Chandra. Now
Arogyadham is giving him paramedical training
so he can easily earn his good living and good
medical care.
7. RAMESH
: CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS SURGERY
Mr. Ramesh is suffering from Acute Myocardial
infarction. His angiography was suggestive of
Triple Vessel Disease and he was advised early
surgery. Surgery was performed by Dr Shailesh
Jain with his team. Patient is living very
normal and active life.
