MR.GROVER
HISTORY :Patient is hypertensive, non-diabetic, non-smoker and has no family history of Ischaemic Heart Disease. He had complaint of sudden onset of left sided chest pain on 19/09/06 for which he consulted a local doctor who gave him digene syrup and he got relief. He presented with complaint of **** and excessive fatiguability on 21/09/06 morning. ECG done showed Inferior Wall MI. He was admitted to this hospital for stabilization and evaluation.
